The World Cultural Tour 2027 brings food, music, art, and tradition from across the world to Cathedral Park — free, family-friendly, and built by the Portland community itself.
The Humble Travelers Foundation brings together 15 to 25 cultural organizations from across Portland for three days of food, art, music, and connection — completely free, because every neighbor should be able to walk in.
This is a sample of how the three days typically flow. Final program times will be posted closer to the event.
Fifteen to twenty-five cultural partner organizations bring their own corner of the world to Cathedral Park.
Tastes from across the world, prepared by the communities who make it part of daily life.
Handmade work and live demonstrations from artisans carrying on generations of tradition.
Live performances on the main stage throughout all three days.
Workshops and interactive booths for kids and adults to try something new.
Just show up Saturday or Sunday — the festival is free and open to everyone. Friday is a dedicated Field Trip Day for registered school groups only.
Cathedral Park's paths and lawns are stroller- and wheelchair-friendly, with accessible parking nearby.
Many cultural partners and volunteers speak multiple languages — just ask at the Welcome Booth.
Most food and artisan vendors accept cards, but cash is handy for smaller purchases.
Located in the St. Johns neighborhood of North Portland, beneath the St. Johns Bridge.
Volunteers, sponsors, cultural partner organizations, and vendors all make the World Cultural Tour possible — and there's a place for you, too.
